LEDVANCE SMART+ Outdoor motion sensor with WiFi and solar cell technology

Im trying to add these but not having any luck all I keep getting is

Unable to connect to your device with those details. It could be an intermittent issue, or they may be incorrect.

Any ideas would be greatful. I got the Device Id and local key from the Smart+ app
