Add support for Food Dehydrator (product_id: wlsfag3fvkxf9hcc)

Hello,

I recently purchased a Food Dehydrator based on the Tuya platform, but the integration does not natively support it. I have created a custom device profile for it, and I would like to share it with the community.

Key Features of This Dehydrator

Feature	Details
Drying Time	Minimum 30 minutes, maximum 24 hours (1440 minutes). Range validation is included in the profile.
Delay Start	Same range (30–1440 minutes). To apply the entered time, the user must press Enter (a hint is included in the UI).
Power & Start Sequence	The device must be powered on first, then the drying program can be started. If you start drying without turning on the power, the dehydrator will not actually start. A hint about this is included in the UI.
Programs	12 preset programs are available. There is no "custom" program — the user can select any preset and then adjust temperature, time manually.
Time Remaining Display	The device does not display the remaining time when it is less than 30 minutes. In such cases, the sensor shows 30. This is a limitation of the device itself, not the profile.
Status Sensor	I attempted to include the status sensor (DPS 6), but it persistently failed with the error missing the enum device class. I was unable to resolve this, so I omitted it from the profile.

Notes

• The profile has been tested and works correctly.
• The YAML file includes comments in Russian to help with understanding, while the entity names themselves are in English. I couldn't figure out how to make a multi-language profile directly in YAML, so I left Russian comments as hints. Users who prefer Russian labels can rename the entities via the Home Assistant interface.
• I would be happy if this profile could be added to the main repository to help other users with similar devices.
