Tweaks to Holman Helios weather station yaml

Hi,

I've tweaked the dps to expose the wind direction and daily rainfall in the holman_helios_weatherstation.yaml file under devices/ so they display in HA as separate entities. Happy to share, just let me know where/how I can get it into the repo.
