[bug]: MCP Server degraded or not up2date anymore?

Current behavior

MCP Server uses /work_items/ (underscore) but Plane's API uses /work-items/ (hyphen) or /issues/

Please check MCP server against all api endpoints whether they are still in sync.

Steps to reproduce

Just try to create work items using MCP - it should fail.

• cp_plane_list_projects - worked
• cp_plane_retrieve_project - worked
• cp_plane_list_work_items - 404 error
• cp_plane_create_work_item - 404 error

@arnonuem we upgrade mcp server recently which changes the names of Plane tools. We heavily rely on Plane's Python SDK and we just verified that MCP server is working.
Our mcp is open-source and available at https://github.com/makeplane/plane-mcp-server
