Include an 'urgency' field on support requests so that the team knows how urgent a request is.

Acceptance Criteria

Add a select field to the support request form labeled 'urgency'
Users should be able to select from 'low', 'medium', 'high' and 'apocalypse'
Urgency level should be included in the UI using emojis
