Dates in date filter no longer meet ISO standard

Observed Behaviour

On the gigs page, the dates in the filter follow the British standard DD-MM-YYYY rather than ISO standard YYYY-MM-DD. Note that the dates on gigs themselves are unaffected, only the filter/date picker.

Expected Behaviour

In accordance with functional specification OT001 - All dates in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD).

Reproduction Steps

1. Follow the instructions in the README
2. Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:5001/gigs
3. Observe the format of the dates in the filter/date picker

There are no reproduction steps - I'm just opening the Gigs page in a browser

Is there anything specifically configured on your machines that might be affecting the display of dates?

Unsure - system settings appear to be default and have been able to reproduce across Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
