Gigs Page: London appearing twice in location filter

Observed Behaviour

When looking at the drop down list to filter by location London appears twice instead of once.

Expected Behaviour

London should only appear once.

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to the 'Gigs' page
2. Select the Location filter
3. Observe that London appears twice

As Emre has this also appear in his work, I believe this is always shown. This wasn't happening in previous versions but has started with V4.
