Filter by Location Dropdown shows London twice

Observed Behaviour

On Gigs Page: When using the dropdown list function to filter gigs by location, 'London' is listed twice.

When I selected the 'top' London and clicked 'apply filter(s)' button, the tick showing selected location jumps onto the second London (ie the one beneath it). This indicates that the first/'top' London is cosmetic extra to be removed.

Currently, this is a very visible error for the demonstration and any user wanting to use the filter function, so it should be fixed before the demo.

Expected Behaviour

There should only be one 'London' listed as a filterable location, which then shows the 2 London venues in the resulting list (for the current data).

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to Gigs Page
2. Click onto the 'filter by location' dropdown selection.
3. Observe the duplication of London location

I'm not sure whether this has always been like this or a regression. Would be a P1, were we doing another version.

A regression, I believe, as this did not get noted in our filtering tests for previous versions! Thanks

The triage team put this in at P2 (just an extra London in the list wasn't seen as too bad).
