Maker reported that the tolerances were too loose in the 3D printed PCB for the 7 pin header, and that the header tends to fall out.
They devised a work around by putting a small piece of electrical tape on both flat sides of the header, which holds the header in place by making it just a bit wider so that it doesn't fall through so easily.
Either the 3D printed part should be adjusted so this fit is not so loose (making the slot more narrow, or adding a bump or compliant element), or the tip about the electrical tape should be added to the maker guide.
