More clearance should be added to the cutouts on the Spacer part to allow for it to still fit even when slightly more solder is added to the solder joints.
At the moment, even solder joints that look like they are done well don't always fit, which causes problems when assembling the enclosure and adds time removing solder. These cutouts don't need to be super precise in order to have the desired effect.
