Add toppers to documentation

Add photos of the toppers for the joystick in the device photos, and include photos and how to use them in the User Guide.

I have added a picture of the main joystick toppers for the spruce to the user guide and how to swap them. however, this does not go over the sizes of the toppers and purpose and more detailed look at them so there is still work that needs to be done
