fix(workspace): update doublezero-solana crates to use revenue-distribution/v0.2.0 tag (#219)

## Summary of Changes
In preparation for the new release of Revenue Distribution program,
which uses Solana v3 crates, this change fixes the `doublezero-solana`
crates to use the revenue-distribution/v0.2.0 tag. Please review
Cargo.lock carefully.

Closes malbeclabs/doublezero#2336.

## Testing Verification
Workflows should still pass.
