Changing the user ID

README mention two ways to change the user ID: when rebuilding this image from scratch and when building an new image FROM an existing micromamba image. The rocker team used uses a init-like script in their RStudio Docker container image that changes the user ID without having to build a new image. Will be great to have this feature in micromamba Docker.
