Add fill value

Null data is currently omitted as early as possible and thereby absent from aggregate functions. The tool could rather have an optional value to be used to fill nodata cells. An exampe of how this could be useful: a DEM of elevation, where areas of  water are null, could have these nulls converted to 0 so that aggregate functions at the margins of water areas are (arguably) better represented.
