[FEATURE] Omit Photos entirely

Use case
As a user who already syncs his photos with immich, I want to disable photo syncing so that I can omit duplicates.

I'm not sure if it actually warrants a feature but to me it's a bit unclear how to omit photos entirely in the config file.
