Released DLLs do not work with IDA Pro 7.1's ida64.exe

Attempting to use ida64.exe with DLLs from the release page results in an IDA instantly crashing after the user tries to trying to enter a string for a UR note grouping. However after loading up IDA 7.1's ida.exe and executing the same action, no crash occurs.

Any idea why this might be occurring? Originally I thought it was because the DLL might not have been compiled for x64, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

I ran into the same issue with 7.7. The 32-bit version worked fine in my case, however, the 64-bit version caused a crash. I believe the issue is due to type casting of pointers to int, which only cause issues with 64-bit due to the difference in size. I fixed this issue and made a few minor changes to get it to compile with the latest version of the SDK. It's working fine for me now.

I'm including both the patches and the compiled DLLs, in case someone wants to use them until an official patch is available
