Make user decide where to save the document #20

I did not understand this beautiful app because it only has autosave feature but when using it as flatpak (is there any other choice?) it saves all the data to .var which is not a feasible situation for my end. If you let user decide where to save the each file that would be much more convenient in my opinion, much like Apostrophe on GNOME does.
