Hi I have been trying to implement keycloak in angular module federation I have followed the https://github.com/manfredsteyer/module-federation-plugin-example/tree/static repo for building the application but once I used keycloak I am getting error as shown below I have followed this https://www.npmjs.com/package/keycloak-angular/v/15.1.0 to implement keycloak in angular.

A year has passed and we still have the same error. What did you do @chethan1095?

From what I could understand, the keycloak module is not started (init method), or an error/behavior occurs in which it is not possible to inject the instance, originally loaded for the entire application.

@msscsh I changed from using module federation to native federation which does not use webpack. The error is likely due to keycloak and module federation webpack, native federation overcomes this issue easily. Look into how to shift your project from module to native federation it's easy.

I tried using all keycloak angular and keycloak js versions for angular version I am using with module federation and some older versions work but when logged in using keycloak it redirects infinitely. I spent few days on this issue and there is no fix available as of now so I moved to native federation. Hope this clarifies your doubt @msscsh

everyone try this https://github.com/sivaramchalla/Mfe-3 who are facing this issue. This solution uses native federation 18.2.7, using angular 18, keycloak-angular 16.1.0, keycloak-js 24.0.5. Works without webpack.

important: don't install keycloak-js or keycloak-angular in MFEs, should shell manage keycloak.

why should not install those deps in MFE, @nandomegale?
