To turn off the screen you need to press Power twice.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Lock a mobile phone that is disconnected from USB power
2. Connect the USB power supply. The screen will light up (Is that the intention?)
3. Wait a moment for it to settle and press Power (the display flashes but stays on)
4. Press power again

Power settings:

• Automatic Screen Brightness - Off
• Dim Screen - On
• Screen Blank - 1 minute
• Automatic Suspend - Off
