Add Open Source License to Repo #2

Hey @mansk1es, fantastic work on this exploit. I just compiled the project and tested on Windows 10, it worked perfectly.
I think this would be a great exploit to add to the Metasploit framework, although to do so I'd need you to add an open source license to this repository. Would you mind adding one? I'd greatly appreciate it.
This link explains how to add a license to a repo, the Apache 2.0 template would work great.
In the Metasploit module metadata you'll be credited as the Author of the PoC :)
