How do I make changes to the distributed table?

Distributed tables will result in a search error if a registered local table is deleted.
How do I redo the registration of a local table, for example?

You can either add the missing table back:

OK. I understand that to add or reduce local tables, I need to recreate distributed table.

That's correct. ALTER is not supported yet.
