indexer so slow

I am using Manticore's plain table to rebuild indexes from PostgreSQL using range queries. Currently, it takes about 70 minutes to process approximately 11 million records, which feels too slow. Can the process be sped up, for example, by utilizing multi-core capabilities or distributed indexing?

Yes, you can build N plain tables at once running N instances of indexer and then combine the shards in a distributed table.

Also, make sure reading from postgres is not the bottleneck.
