Include settings into manage overview page

Thanks very much for the plugin, it really helps non-coders like us to fully utilize Mantis BT.

I had a humble request: we'd like to move its settings from the plugin's link into the 'manage overview' page, so that they can be accessed from the same page as all other settings.

Any pointers on how I can modify the code so to make it happen?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.
