Page numbers in the print / PDF output

Some consider the lack of page numbers to be disturbing.

This can be accomplished by adding the following inside the @page above:

    @bottom-right{
        content: counter(page) " of " counter(pages);
    }

This is working locally for the WeasyPrint export, but not print to PDF in Chrome. One issue is that the 0 width side margins cause the page numbers to be at the edge of the page. See manuscript.pdf. Quite ugly. Also the font seems different than the rest of the document.
