Notification of a new message in the taskbar

Please add a visual notification of a new message when the app is minimized. Now on windows 11 23h2 , I see that a new message has arrived on the application tabs (telegram, skype, whatsapp) when I expand it.

+1 and it would also be useful to have the system tray icon change when new notifications are active. Currently the systray icon seems not so useful, as no notifications are shown and right click to close/minimize etc does not work either. (running in linux, Xfce 4.20)
