Ignored files regex filters not saving?

Has anyone else noticed the regex filters dialog not saving? I have tried to add things, hit save, and refresh the page, and it keeps the default three listed. I tried to duplicate one of the existing entries, modify an existing entry, and remove an existing entry, and save as tests. Each time it returns the default three.

I am running a fresh install of [0.101.0 (376cfa7)] and installed via docker with the solo-docker-compose method.
