OpenLR in new UI

We used to use the meta->open lr capability in the old geojson.io quite a bit. I cannot seem to find out how to do this in the new UI. Maybe I'm just blind, but I don't even see it mentioned in the "About geojson.io" page.

@devguy22 Thanks for flagging this. @zyatmapbox Added this feature relatively recently in the legacy application. We'll work on re-implementing this.
