New geojson.io rectangle/circle + single click

To Replicate

• Start with empty canvas
• Click "Rectangle" (or "Circle") tool
• Single click on map
• Note polygon feature is added to right GeoJSON panel, but nothing is rendered on map (and no feature editor opens at the bottom)

Issue 1

Single click should not add a rectangle like this

Issue 2

This shows that polygons with no area are not rendered

@cjhewett Thanks for flagging this. Can you confirm the browser you are using to get this result? This issue was reported & reproduced in Firefox, and was fixed in #996. I can't reproduce in Chrome & Firefox.
