[help] Incompatibility with BeerCSS

Looking for a bit of help related to beercss/beercss#427. When used as-is, all elements render correctly, the controls work, but unable to pan and scroll. If I use the workaround in beercss/beercss#290 using all: revert; the pan and scroll works, but the controls seem to look ok, but don't work and markers are no longer rendered. IMO using all: revert is too much of a hammer to crack a nut, therefore I'm looking to find what CSS needs to be altered to potentially address the issues caused by BeerCSS. Thanks

I'm no CSS expert, so I don't have a good idea how to solve this.
In general, I would avoid using a library that overrides the CSS style of all elements, this is counter encapsulation and is a bad sign if you'd ask me. CSS should be specific.

Thanks for your response @HarelM. I agree BeerCSS is somewhat invasive, but it also is super lightweight compared to something like MUI and really easy to use. I guess at this time I'm looking for a workaround to get mouse events working again, but not sure where to start.

For the time being I've used all: revert and replaced markers for a symbol layer as that does render. However, there is still some strange issue where the 'reset to north' button is stealing the mouse event for the zoom controls:
