Address Formats

I'm using django,OSM,MapLibre,Geonames. I have a User Registration page - asking for their address: I want User to select the country from a list, and then Input fields suitable for that country are shown in correct format. ie. Russia is different to USA. How do I do this? Is there a json or something that will help define fields and order... Any insights would be appreciated.
