MaplibreTerradrawControl.toggleEditor control all MaplibreTerradrawControl instances

Steps to Trigger Behavior

1. include 2 or more maps in the view
2. for each add MaplibreTerradrawControl.MaplibreTerradrawControl
3. add control for hide/display MaplibreTerradrawControl for each
4. when call toggleEditor on on MaplibreTerradrawControl, toggle all in same time

Expected Behavior

toggleEditor should have to control its toolbar buttons

Actual Behavior

toggleEditor control all instance of MaplibreTerradrawControl

MaplibreTerradrawControl is not part of this codebase...
