Maputnik "Debug" modal has no "Options"

Description of the bug:
When opening some styles, there are no "Options" in the "Debug" modal:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Maputnik with an example style
2. Click to the right of "Help" to clear the selection
3. Press the "!" key
4. The Debug modal is shown with nothing under "Options", as shown above
5. Close the Debug dialog
6. Open the Code Editor
7. Remove "maputnik:renderer": "mbgljs" and the preceding coma ,
8. Click to the right of "Help" to clear the selection
9. Press the "!" key
10. The Debug modal is shown with 3 check-boxes under "Options", as shown below

I personally think all the renderer selection and relevant behavior is full of bugs and I would advise removing it, but I'm not sure I have the right perspective and people are using maputnik with open layers, IDK...

Regarding this bug, a simple solution might be to check if the renderer is not open layers and in that case hide the checkboxs, or override the renderer metadata when loading the style...
