Adding polyline encoding/decoding ?

Make it sense to add polyline encoding / decoding to this library?

Was for example part of maplibre-java

• If yes, I will create a PR,
• If not, I will create a separate library ;-)

As GPX converting is also included in this lib, I think it make sense to add it also to this library??

This is about the osrm encoding, right? Since the rest of the functionality should be covered by our LineString. I don't mind including this
