enhancement: Add a `Direction::HorizontalReverse`/`Direction::VerticalReverse`

Problem Description

i.e. conditionally reversing elements' direction inside a container is a pain

Proposed Solution

we should have more options for Direction like Direction::HorizontalReverse and Direction::VerticalReverse that allow us to reverse the direction of elements in a layout
