webview in my system works with csharp based framework.

I dont know what "btw derivative" means but webview support is pretty experimental, the error means your OS is not supported. I am gonna take my chances and say you are runing linux with wayland, which WRY does not support for embedded webviews.

webview animation performance is 2(+)x times slower than CEF.
So i wanted to check does rust adds some benefits (small chance).

WebView on linux is like straight terrible to be honest. I have been looking at other alternatives but none works perfectly for a general-purpose webview.
