[FEATURE] Change settings while device is online

Add the ability to access the Settings Web UI without deleting wifi.json and restarting the device.

This would enable many browser-based features including:

• Change network SSID/password
• Check network settings
• Easily change layout options for the OrangeClock display
• Preview layout options (fetch preview images from the Web)

Hey, I have this issue. Stuck on Moscow time and want to show fiat/USD. Can't access settings, even when I disconnect wifi, orange.clock give no settings option. Thanks

Just open Thonny delete the files on the pi and copy them back again. You can also hardcode it.
