Struggling to get started

Hello everyone and thanks for sharing this project.
I'm sorry to bring up such a noob question, but I really struggle to get started. I setup the ml_synth_organ_example to a ESP32_AUDIO_KIT_AC101 board and the OUTPUT_SAW_TEST ist running fine. But when it comes to midi input I got no sound at all. Even the NOTE_ON_AFTER_SETUP has no output. For the last day I tried to find the problem ... but with no success. I'm kind of lost. Can anybody give me a hint where the problem might be? Thanks a lot.

Hello, that might be a bit strange. Usually when the OUTPUT_SAW_TEST is successful you should get some sound with NOTE_ON_AFTER_SETUP too.
You could try to set the first sample to a high value after the organ processing to check if that goes through:

mono[0] = 16384;
Audio_OutputMono(mono);

It would be possible that the reverb mutes the organ output in case it is active.

i really don't know. It worked after adding "mono[0] = 16384;" as you suggested ... but afterwards I removed the command and it still worked. I even uploaded a blank sketch and erased the flash bevor uploading the organ example again and it still worked. During testing beforehand, I replaced all necessary libraries and tried different combinations and versions ... so probably it's bound to one of this changes. Maybe the AC101 lib?
