[Bug] Cursor sticks to top edge

At times, seemingly randomly, cursor sticks to top edge of the screen even with no fullscreen window.

In the video I'm moving the mouse only diagonally but sometimes the cursor gets stuck at the top moving only horizontally.

Yep, I also experience that, would be nice if someone looked into that (I don’t think I’ll have time to do that)
