Option to show the top bar after a delay

Having the option to show the top bar after a configured delay would be a great improvement.

When I am using Firefox in fullscreen I use the same gesture to reveal the address bar causing the address bar to appear, but overlaid with the top bar. If I could configure just half a second delay this wouldn't be an issue.

That should be rather easy to implement. I encourage you to give it a try.
