Dynamic Change/Range of Sensitivity (Suggestion)

Is there any possibilities for having sensitivity with dynamic value change, rather than using fixed value? Because sometimes the bars may not raised up at certain audio level, and sometimes it may catch too much audio when playing music with gained audio.
I guess having this feature will consume more CPU usage.

Technically it should be possible, but for now i'm quite busy with other projects so this will get moved to the backburner for now. If anyone tries to do it themselves, please create a pull request so we can add this to the skin :)
