Cleanup or something

This is more of a collecting tank for some "little" improvements.

Some of these are:

• Fix flake8 errors
• removing dead code
• eventually we find some slow code and can fix it? (AI is a separate topic)
• change things to follow PEP8
• Making Coordinate and abstract class
