Raw HTML in response template output

Describe the bug
If you enter a question and put data in the Response Template field, when previewed the question displays raw HTML.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a question
2. Add text to "Response template" field
3. Save with "Save question and continue editing"
4. Click "Preview"

Expected behavior
Plain text with no visible HTML or rendered HTML.

After running a test in which the AI ​​text question is present, the answer text field is displayed only as plain text with HTML code - the HTML editor is not displayed.

Any html tags are stripped before being sent to the remote system. I am working to make that optional

I have the answer type correctly switched to HTML editor. It displays it correctly in the question preview, but it does not display it in the quiz in which the AI ​​text question is inserted.

Your original screenshot looks like you were using the Plaint text editor. I have just tried it in a quiz with an HTML editor and it seems to work as I expect. It won't work with plain text as the question editing form defaults to the tinyMCE editor and it places html tags around items even if you don't want it to (it seems). This is how it looks to me when working.
