[Onboarding] Add Starter Use cases

Use Cases:

• Update Profile Services
  The service settings are a popup under the Add Profile section on the profile page. To go to Profile page, can check it in Me drop down menu on the navigation bar.
  You need to open Service popup (the title is Let’s set up your services") then ask the user to input service information such as name, description, location, pricing, etc.

• Change Profile Status
  The user can change their profile status to options like "Open to Work" or "Hiring for a New Job."
  The settings are on the profile page; click the Open to button to see the options.

• Settings

• Account Preferences section includes:
  Profile information
  Display
  General preferences such as language, media, feed, etc.
  Syncing options, payment
  +Visibility section includes the setting for account visibility, such as who can search for/follow the user account and which information other users can see.
