log per user

1. generate and log the transcription (hopefully Gemini API will provide this, otherwise use Whisper API or offmute
2. log usage time of user session
3. user activity and actions taken (maybe screencase?)

admin can select a user session in a list view, similar to posthogs:

When use selects a user session, he will see transcript, user activity and track actions taken
