Document how to install notebook dependencies in VS Code

I can't see how to install python packages in the VS code extension
There is mention of UV, but how is that installed? Should I add another extension for that?
And how do I link UV to Marimo?
Can I use pip with marimo? If so, how?

Yes, this is not very clear especially when using a sandbox (dependencies declared in the script itself).

Thanks for opening the issue. Right now you are prompted to install packages on import error, but there is not a good way to pre-emptively install packages other than uv add --script or writing the metadata yourself.
