Provision molab environments with system dependencies

Some notebooks require non-python dependencies (e.g. chrome for kaledio: #5885).

This can potentially be done by providing docker images, or using a package management system like pixi or nix

There are no immediate plans to address this, but opening this issue as a stub and discussion place
