Add options for c/k

Right now the standard spelling version is kept for c versus k. See the explanation in the Rondthaler Dictionary, page 298. The trouble is that the usage of c and k must be memorized. I would like to add a few other options to try:

• Rondthaler Dictionary (traditional)
• always c
• always k
• c as first letter, otherwise k

From Rondthaler Dictionary, p. 298:
American suggests, therefore, that c and k be regarded
as different shapes of the same letter - as we now regard gg and ac. Except for the
fact that c is never followed by e or i, tradition would provide the only guidance for
determining whether c or k were to be used in a particular word (cat, kiten).
