[Virtual workspace improvement] Export command won't render image resources over live share session

Virtual workspace support had added in v0.19 (#225), but some cases still won't render image resources correctly.

In the case of live share session (vsls://), Marp for VS Code will try to use proxy server during export. However, the image used in Marp Markdown will not reflect to exported PDF.
