[Bug] IME popup window appears in the bottom right of the terminal

Problem

When using an IME such as Fcitx5 and trying to write something in insert mode, the popup window appears in the bottom right of the terminal window instead of next to the cursor. I tested this on Foot and Alacritty. It works as expected on Vim and Neovim.

Steps to reproduce

Install Fcitx5, then while in insert mode press Super+`. A “Quick Phrase” window should appear in the bottom right of the terminal window.
