JavaCard HelloWorld

I always found it somewhat tedious to setup a new development project for JavaCard. Martin's ant build task and GlobalPlatformPro make it a lot easier than using proprietary tools, but still getting Eclipse to compile and run JC code and then put in on a card takes some time.

Thus I've created a JavaCard HelloWorld repository to get beginners started:
